By downloading, installing, or using the MunBox application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. License
MunBox grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Sell, rent, or sublicense the App to any third party
3. Purchases
MunBox is a paid application available for a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All purchases are final and processed by Apple. For refund requests, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Your Data
MunBox accesses your photos, videos, contacts, and calendar events solely to perform the backup and transfer functions you request. The App does not upload, store, or share your data with any third party. All data transfers occur locally between your device and your computer. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.
We strongly recommend keeping additional backups of your important data. MunBox is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the backup or transfer process.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MunBox and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or loss of profits.
7. Changes to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
