๐ถ WiFi transfer isn't working. What should I do?
Make sure your iPhone and your computer are connected to the same WiFi network. Open the address shown in MunBox in Chrome or Safari on your computer. Do not lock your iPhone screen during the transfer.
๐ My Mac or PC doesn't see the CableBackup folder.
On Mac, open Finder โ select your iPhone from the sidebar โ go to the Files tab โ find MunBox โ open the CableBackup folder. On Windows, open iTunes โ select your device โ File Sharing โ MunBox.
๐ The ZIP file won't open after downloading.
If the archive is larger than 4 GB, use a tool that supports ZIP64 format. On Mac, the built-in Archive Utility works. On Windows, use 7-Zip (free). Avoid older ZIP tools that don't support large archives.
๐ท MunBox says photo permission is denied.
Go to Settings โ Privacy & Security โ Photos โ MunBox and set it to "Full Access". Then reopen MunBox and try again.
๐ Calendar or Contacts export failed.
Go to Settings โ Privacy & Security โ Calendars (or Contacts) โ MunBox and make sure access is enabled.
๐ฑ The app freezes during a large backup.
Keep the app open and your screen unlocked during the transfer. For very large photo libraries, use the ZIP download option โ it is more efficient than downloading files individually.
๐ฐ Is there a refund policy?
